A will is only legally valid in Jamaica when signed by the testator in pen, in the simultaneous presence of two adult witnesses (Wills Act 1840). Is the free tier really free?

Yes. The deterministic template tier produces a complete, Wills-Act-1840-compliant draft from your wizard answers. No AI is invoked, no payment is taken. Print it, sign it before two witnesses, and you have a valid will.

What's different about the AI tier?

The AI tier sends your structured input to Claude, which drafts the body in polished Jamaican legal English. Same legal effect, more readable prose. You get a 14-day free trial — cancel any time during the trial and you're never charged.

Can I switch tiers later?

Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel from your billing settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current paid period; you keep access until then.

Who can notarize my will?

Any Justice of the Peace or Attorney-at-Law verified on our directory can digitally certify your draft on-platform. Notarization fees are handled directly between you and the notary at their usual rate.

What payment methods do you accept?

WiPay (most Jamaican credit/debit cards) and Stripe (international cards) are coming soon. Right now this page is informational while the billing flow is being finalised.

Will my data be used to train AI?

No. The AI tier sends your input to Anthropic's API for the duration of one request, then discards it. Your draft, your input, and any hand-edits are encrypted at rest with Fernet and only readable by you and any estate members you invite.
