Volume I · About the platform
Helping Jamaican families recover what belongs to them.
§ 01
Our mission.
We believe that every family deserves access to the assets their loved ones worked to accumulate. Our platform automates the most time-consuming part of estate administration — searching across multiple financial institutions — and then guides executors and attorneys through the full probate workflow.
We are not a law firm and we do not provide legal advice. What we do provide is a powerful set of tools that make the legal and administrative process faster, more transparent, and less stressful.
§ 02
How it works.
Four ordered steps, executed in your own time. Each step has a tool inside the platform that does the bulk of the work, and a clear hand-off to the next.
- I
Open the estate
Enter the deceased's full name, dates of birth and death, and the parish in which they last resided. We use this to construct a search profile and a probate workflow tailored to Jamaican law.
- II
Run discovery
Our matching engine searches the Bank of Nova Scotia Jamaica, Sagicor Life, Mutual Life, and SJLIC for unclaimed funds matching the profile. Each match is scored, ranked, and explained — phonetic, n-gram, and fuzzy ensemble.
- III
Manage assets
Add discovered and known assets — bank accounts, real property, insurance policies, pensions. Track their status from discovery through to collection in one encrypted vault.
- IV
Follow the workflow
Our guided 12-step Jamaica probate workflow walks your team through every required step: death certificate, letters of administration, Supreme Court filing, and final distribution.
§ 03
Data sources.
We search the following Jamaican financial institutions for unclaimed-fund records. Data is imported periodically from official published disclosures.

§ 04
Security & compliance.
All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access to estate data is controlled by role-based permissions — owners, executors, lawyers, and beneficiaries each see only what they need to.
We are designed to comply with the Jamaica Data Protection Act (JDPA). You can read more about how we handle personal data in our Privacy Policy.
